Fresh, hand-made tagliatelle
Head and shoulders above any packeted version you can find. Wonderful egg pasta flavour. Cooks in minutes.

Base ingredients:

• Flour

• Eggs

• Salt

Stuffed peppers
They don't always stand up neatly, so I always make sure I use small well behaved peppers! It's also a very versatile dish and you can have fun experimenting with the fillings.

Base ingredients:

• Well-behaved peppers

• Sticky cheese

• Mixed vegetables in tomato sauce

• Rice or cous-cous

Traditional bruschetta
Keep them simple and never chop the basil with a knife.
